I just love this tea it gives me energy all day long without having that crash feeling at the end of the day. Me and my husband enjoy a nice glass every morning before work to give us this extra boost and to me it taste great my husband of course has to add a lil extra lemon to his lol. This tea is a great alternative to coffee. It doesn’t give you the jitters or the crash like coffee does. It taste really good, and I like to drink it with a little monk fruit or agave in the morning and sometime at midday as a pick me up.
