This cleanse really works and I feel amazing. The recipes provided were really good and that along with the cleanse process, I never felt deprived. I always felt full or satisfied depending on which set of pills from the cleanse that I was on. I highly recommend this cleanse. I feel so healthy. Each bottle is labeled so it's easy to follow. I used the pill container that came along with it to keep track of which ones to take and in which order. There is no after taste with the pills and they aren't that big, so they are easy to swallow. Do not skip on the charcoal drink because it does make a difference. It has a slight chalky taste but after 3 sips, you get used to it. I noticed that the charcoal prevented me from cramping in the morning. Overall this cleanse, I give a full 5 stars with no complaints. *

I have only started the cleanse three days ago and I am on day four. On the first day I thought it would be harder than it was to get through the day especially since I was eating so unhealthy prior to the cleanse. I started noticing a huge difference in the way that I felt on day two. The acid reflux was gone as well as the indigestion that I had prior to the cleanse. I was sleeping so much and tired all of the time with sluggishness. But now I wake up at and find it hard to go back to sleep during the day. But at night I end up going to bed earlier. I am looking forward to sending in more reviews after I finish the cleanse. *

I am very pleased with the results after completing the full body cleanse. I I also noticed that I no longer had pain in my knees while walking up stairs. I thought I would be hungry or experience some type of discomfort while one the cleanse, but I had none. The bloating in my stomach went down and I did feel like something was happening in my lower abdominal area, but it was not painful. I have lost about 15 pounds and now wish that I had taken my measurements to see how many inches were also lost. I am going to try the uterus cleanse next and see what results I get with that.
