I really enjoyed this product. I thought it was going to be hard for me to do raw veggies, nuts and fruit only for 20 days but it wasn't. Drinking water was so easy to do because it became a craving almost. The cleansing was not harsh. I was not hungry. I snacked on raw foods through out the day. I would advise anyone who are deciding to do this to make sure that fruits and veggies are in season because that made a big difference. I lost a total of 18 lbs. I do plan to do it again after the holidays. *

This was my first cleanse. I read and read up on different types of cleanses and discovered DHerbs full body cleanse. I read everything I could on the website about the cleanse including all the reviews. I was nervous to take this big step in my life as I am accustomed to eating whatever I want whenever I want. Pretty much no discipline or self control. Needless to say I was very apprehensive whether or not I could complete a 3 week cleanse. I started and completed the cleanse. It was and lived up all the claims. Surprisingly the first week and a half was smooth sailing. The last week and a half was tough. Not because of the product but because of me wanting to give into my desires. Nonetheless, I did it! I did not cheat (came close) but I was determined.
