Before beginning your products i was very skeptical about getting real results. I must say the full body cleanse is the real deal. After day one of starting my regiment of pills I had energy that I haven't had since I was in my twenties. I really loved the cardiovascular formula I was able to exercise more without my heart feeling like it was about to jump out of my chest. Another, great product is the activated charcoal it does absorbs all the toxins that you have in your body. I highly recommended everyone try the full body cleanse. It truly is a gift from God. I will admit I had some hesitation about this working. Glad I was wrong! I can't believe how much better I felt by sticking to the diet and taking the pills. I haven't felt that good since my 20s. Today was the first day I've yawned (finished my pills on Friday) and I thought, I need to go check to see if there is a maintenance package! If you already eat fruits, vegetables, and drink a lot of water, this will be a breeze for you. Really, you are half way there. That is probably what saved me from falling off the wagon. When I was finally allowed to eat cooked food on Saturday, I did not go crazy. I made some broiled fish and stuck with my salad (homemade dressing), and my fruit.
