I have been taking the menstrual cycle formula for over a week now and nothing has happened. I'm still on my period and I've been on it for almost 2 months now. I got this to help stop my period and regulate my period also but it hasn't done anything. Any suggestions or help I could use? And am I suppose to be taking the yoni cleanser as well? Cause I'm not sure. *

I'm sure this is a good product but it constipated me so I had to stop taking it. *
