The 10 DAY SUPREME COLON CLEANSER was very effective to say the least, and what a RESULT!! By the end of the cleanse I was half a person lighter (just joking). Unfortunately I did not learn my lesson the first time. I did not steer clear of foods that have no business being in my body.
