I purchased the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen two years ago. When I started this cleanse I was 178lbs. I prepared my meals, eating only fruits and veggies. I had salads for lunch, smoothies for breakfast. I didn't follow the requirements to the T. I had cooked meals for dinner and didn't eat everything raw. After 10 days I didn't follow through but wish I did because I lost 13 lbs. and I have not gained over 165 lbs since then! (even while back at my old unhealthy routine). The Weight Release Cleanse and Regimen works amazingly well and I would use it again and as a matter of fact I will. It took a few days for me to remember to stay on the schedule of taking the supplements, but I did finally get the hang of it. I also made sure to read the booklet because it serves as a good reference on what should be eaten and the frequency that meals should be eaten. Being a person who loves to drink coffee, not being able to drink it daily has actually helped me with getting rid of that expensive caffeine habit. And I also realized that coffee didn't actually keep me awake I just liked the taste of the heavy cream. I now see the change in my body from taking the supplements, starting my day off with refreshing fruit infused water, and eating a healthy meal, leaves me with more energy and with healthier habits.
