Honestly I didn't think I was going to be able to continue with the diet but after all these weeks I don't desire meat at all, not only do I feel better but now my bowels are super regular. I don't have the bad odor I used to with my bowels; the vaginal discharge has went away as well. I do eat cooked veggies and raw veggies.
