Lately I have found myself taking cleansing herbs like Alfalfa at night. Is that OK, or should I take the Alfalfa in the day? The reason why I take cleansing herbs in the night before I sleep, is because I thought that I would not be eating food, and I would be sleeping, so those 2 activities, I presume are cleansing. Can I take the Fibriod Buster at night, because they are cleansing herbs? I take the iron phosphate in the day.
