I have a friend with HIV/AIDS who is very thin please give me some direction so I can help him. He doesn't want to lose more weight so what now? I have another friend with some kind of cancer, I think it's lung cancer, but how can I help him? I am 244 pounds and intend on buying the Full Body Cleanse first and I don't know what's next.
