You are absolutely right. I just read this e-mail but went to the market earlier and really had to look at myself. I have more money on my feet than I wanted to spend on what I put into myself. Sunbathing won't hurt your cleanse. Not at all! And no, being on your menses also won't hurt or impair your cleanse.
