Can I continue working out (taking creatine & protein) because I just started the Full Body Cleanse (FBC) program?

I'm a 48 year old black man and I need some help. I got a lot going on I have high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes. I had a heart attack. I smoke about a pack a day and have low sex drive. And it looks like I ate a basket ball. My son has been presented with tonsil stones. Some of the literature recommended salt water gargles. One recommended Fenugreek tea. I was wondering what you might have available to rid him of this. Thanks!

You should do the salt water gargle as well as the Fenugreek tea but the problem stems from diet (especially refined grains). Go more fruits and vegetables in his diet! Make sure he chews his food well too! Give all of this a try!

I am a 41 yr old female; relatively healthy, but in need of lose about 25lbs. I eat pretty well most of the time but I can of course improve. I have recently been diagnosed with a full pelvic floor prolapsed after a twin pregnancy. This includes bladder, bowel and rectum. The organs themselves are fine but standard procedure is major surgery which I don't want to go down. The surgery is unnecessary. My wife experienced uterine prolapsed after our last child 4 months ago and she is 100% healed today. In her case she pushed too hard and that caused the organs to prolapsed. She did undergo surgery. I have severe cystic acne that has caused acne scarring. Some are raised while others are depressed. I have come completely off of the acne medications I've been prescribed and over the counter medicines (i.e., proactive) and gone the natural route. I first started by changing my diet and followed that with the Full Body Cleanse. I purchased the olive oil and Shea butter soap and Oxy-Oil and use this daily. In addition, I use Bentonite clay twice weekly and steam 3-5x a week followed by hydrogen peroxide. I have two questions, will this alone regenerate the scar tissue? And will this also be effective for hyper pigmentation?

What does it mean when your skin on your penis has discoloration in a spot not like bruise but the skin turns lighter? It itches sometimes but it does not seems like a rash or infection. It doesn't really bother me. I just noticed it was dry and my skin was peeling. What do you think?
