I am interested in all the lessons you have tabled in the article section of Dherbs. On reading one article, I learned that pepper is a mucus irritant. I am concern because I have about read on some other blog about a doctor that cure cancer using pepper and garlic (credits to KELLY EIDEM). So, I have been eating raw hot pepper and garlic. So sir, I would like to learn if there is any side effects in eating hot pepper as you have mentioned that it's mucus irritant. Thanks. Your reader.

Eating hot peppers has its benefits but excess consumption may eventually cause harm. It boils down to how often and how much of them you are eating. Organic doesn't make a thing necessarily good to eat. Organic peanut butter is better than regular or inorganic peanut butter but peanut butter is peanut butter and thus hard on the digestive process.

I purchased the Multi vitamins and minerals because I'm trying to go all natural with majority of the products that I use. Anyhow, my question is how can this formula provide every essential vitamin that most OTC vitamins if the ingredients don't specify which vitamin they represent and its mg or IU (amt per serving)?

OTC minerals don't provide all 102 minerals even in oxide form let alone organic form. We use plants, various plants, considered nutritive in that they contain a FULL spectrum on nutrients. Full spectrum means encompassing all and because you use different herbs, the nutrients one herb lacks the other contains. Also, Dherbs doesn't deal in RDA levels for nutrients, i.e. mg, grams, etc.

I just finished your article re: Beta Prostate & Prostate care which I found interesting. In the advertising of beta prostate it is mentioned that the active ingredient in saw palmetto, pygeum, etc., is betasitasterol, which claims to contain 300 mg from sugar cane. The claim is also made that it would take 1,000 pills of saw palmetto to equal 300 mg of betasitasterol. My question is, does your product contain this amount of betasitasterol & is it necessary to have this amount of ingredient in order for the product to be effective?

The product is STANDARDIZED meaning it has been tampered with. Regular saw palmetto and pygeum do not naturally contain 1000 mg of betasitosterol. They are standardizing it to make it potent to deal with the prostate which they don't want to naturally take care of so they mess with the herbs and make it more potent to deal or treat the prostate gland that they don't want to naturally take care of. It's like products for lactose intolerant. Instead of telling folks to avoid certain things because they are lactose intolerant, they make a drug so that lactose intolerant people can keep on unwisely eating things they shouldn't due to being lactose intolerant. Our formula is NOT standardized, but stabilized and complete, the way you find plants in Nature. It is not necessary to have such a high amount of an alkaloid.
