I just purchased the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen and today is my first day. I'm unable to get through on our inquiry line. The diet isn't completely clear to me. Although it says miso soup is OK, I'm unclear on other things. For instance, is tofu OK? What about hummus? What do sprouted grains consist of? Would Eziekial sprouted grain breads and tortillas be OK?

The miso soup is the exception to the dietary rule! NO tofu, NO Ezekiel grain breads (no processed grains at all). Sprouted grains are grains (or seeds) soaked in water overnight and consumed. Can Dherbs be taken with other medication that you are taking? For instance I'm on medicine or my diabetes and COPD.

We don't recommend mixing herbs with pharmaceutical drugs! Please read "Can I Take Medication With My Herbs?", "Herbs vs. Pharmaceutical Drugs".

Formula #2 contains Echinacea, which supposedly will cause havoc to my rheumatoid arthritis. Is there anything I can substitute? I have not opened the bottle. I have taken all of the viral formula except #2.

Just select a Dherbs product that you feel you need (visit our online store) and which doesn't contain Echinacea. Take this instead of Formula #2.

I've been taking Depo-Provera for 10yrs. I have noticed a discharge but it has no odor and does not itch. The discharge is not much but it is there. When I told the doctor and the doctor ran a test they said it was nothing and that it was normal because of the hormones in the birth control method. I'm confused. What can I use to clear that up? It's been like this for 10yrs. When I stopped the Depo it went away. When I started again after a year of having a break from it, there it was again. I had a yeast infection both times when I was pregnant with my children and was treated with antibiotics. Antibiotics make me itch. I know you speak against Rx birth control methods, but when I came off for that year I bled so heavy (22 days) that I decided to go back on. I am 40 yrs. Old with Hypertension (HTN). What should I do?

Personally, I'd leave the drugs alone which have caused you great harm. Detox with the Full Body Cleanse and after cleansing your body, start using the Herbal Contraceptive formula. Clearly the Depo is your problem!

Are there any herbs you can take to change grey hair back to its original color?

I started my Full Body Cleanse yesterday and so far so good. I have been reading books off of the book list you provided in the Alternative Diet and Lifestyle Manual (EBook). I really have great expectations for this detox. Anyway to my question since I have started the detox I can actually feel my organ (I am assuming) moving around. It almost feel like the motion of a child but I know I am not pregnant (hubby had a vasectomy) and plus the sensation is up too high. Have you experienced this yourself or know some else that has experienced this? I have to admit that I have not drank the daily recommended amount of water I am suppose to but I have been eating raw foods and drinking herbal teas.

People experience all kinds of things but most report their overall experience, not beginning ones. At this point I don't know what the case could be. Just trust in the healing process and take notes of your daily experiences. This is how you learn about your body. Good luck on your cleanse!

I listen to you on the Warren Ballentine show. My child face challenges with sickle cell, so if can get back with me about the sickle cell cleanse. The doctors are wanted to put her on a medicine call Hydroxireia and that's a drug often used in cancer/aids patience. I do not want to do this, but my wife and I don't know where to go. I was wondering if it is okay to mix Mrs. Dash season blend with Olive Oil as a dressing for my salad? It tastes real bad with just Olive Oil alone, and I don't like the bitterness taste of lemon juice, and apple vinegar cider. Plus, what would you recommend for toppings to make the salad more interesting? Can I put olives, and cucumbers, etc.?

Should your products be used over the course of one's lifetime?

That is your choice to do so, but they can as herbs are food! Please read "Are Herbs Safe To Take?", "How To Take Herbs".

I have been vomiting all night (I'm on day 6 of the Weight Release Cleanse & Regimen) my baby has been in distress too. Has anyone else reported anything like this?

The cleansing is just potent on your system. Take a day or two off and resume the cleanse again but only by taking 2-3 capsules at a time, not 5 at a time. Yes, others have experienced what you're experiencing. Follow the advice above and you'll be fine. Also, babies don't receive toxins from breast milk but they will receive the benefits and cleansing effects of the herbs as well.

I am on Day 6 of the Full Body Cleanse and I have noticed for a few days that my stools are not solid. It's more broken up and somewhat watery. Do I need to increase something in order to expel more? What should I do to get better results?

I have progressive FSGS (renal disease) my creatine is currently 3.03 and I am spilling approx 630 mil of protein in a 24 hr period. I was diagnosed with this disease at the age of 12.
