My fiance has experienced water retention and discoloration in his right foot and leg for around 2 years. Doctors had him on water pills, Coreg for vascular issues and Glyberide for high blood sugars. He ordered the Pancreas kit and around a week into the program experienced more swelling in the foot and leg. He stopped the program to resume taking the water pill to see if this would help. He has gained around 12 lbs which is water held in this leg. I know the natural way of good nutrition and herbs is a good course to follow but can you offer some suggestions to help these issues. 1. water retention 2. His stomach rumbles and gurgles 24 hours a day to the point where I thought our neighbors were dragging furniture across the floor. This has caused him considerable embarrassment at work. We are eating a vegan diet about 50% raw-50%-cooked. Oddly enough when he eats a standard American diet the rumbling stops. 3. High blood pressure. Your husband is NOT getting proper circulation to his extremities. He should have not stopped the Pancreas kit because it is common for things to get worse before better. He should have judged himself after the kit was finished in 3-weeks. He experienced the HEALING CRISIS and stopped! He should complete the kit and regimen (perhaps even starting over). His stomach is making noises because he's having digestive problems. He needs to eat as much raw foods as possible and rink plenty of vegetable juice. SAD foods stops his stomach from gurgling because that's what's in his stomach; and when he does not give his stomach what it wants (a sign of fasting and cleansing), he hear the noise from his stomach. Again, the healing crisis. Things will get worse before they get better. However, you don't stop! High blood pressure is due to his toxic state and poor circulation! Thanks for your response. I forgot to mention that he stepped on a carpet nail, which created a small puncture wound on his right foot several weeks ago. His doctor has him on antibiotics. The wound continues to drain and is foul smelling. I want to mention this so you can get a clear picture of what is happening. However he had problems with water retention in this leg due to renal problems way before the injury. He feels the injury made it worse. Are there any specific juices or poultices which would speed healing? Thanks for all your help! I have been reading all your articles and information with interest.

I have read that Peppermint, Lavender, Rosemary and Sage essential oils are all good for hair and stimulating hair growth. Would it be more beneficial to use them all at once for maximum result or should I just use the Rosemary and Sage only as you suggested? Also, I didn't see any Almond oil so I was wondering if I could use Olive oil or Jojoba oil as a carrier oil.

Yes they are great for stimulating hair growth; I would use them together or combined. We actually carry a shampoo and body bar soap that contains rosemary and one that contains peppermint. ANY natural edible oil can be used - it's YOUR choice. Jojoba and/or sesame seed oil are the best oils for the hair.

I wanted to know if I take the Eye formula do I need to have cataracts or eye problems? I'm starting to get blurry eyesight and wanted to get the Eye formula to help. I also wanted to know about the Jackrabbit formula. When these pills are taken do they need to be taken forever or is there a certain period? And everything is 3 times a day, right?

You do not have to have an eye problem to take our Eye Formula. It can be taken for maintenance of the eyes. You take 3 capsules a day (preferably all 3 together with a glass of water). Jackrabbit formula can also be taken as maintenance; and "no" you don't have to take it forever.

What organic shampoo and conditioner would you recommend using? Also, while cleansing, is Navy beans an acceptable food to eat if I want something cooked or does it cause mucus? Is it really a nutritional bean?

Take a look at our "Natural Hygiene and Beauty" section. We have natural shampoos, bar soaps and topical oils. You may eat navy beans (while off the cleanse) but they are mucus forming despite a few nutritional benefits.

My question is what's the best way to get sodium? I thought un-refined sea salt was the best, but the salt article says "eat this salt only if you must." The great thing about pure sea salt is that it all or almost all the minerals the body needs! So what's the best way to get all the mineral and to stay in balance? Also is there a way to get Epsom salt that is sodium sulfate not magnesium sulfate? Is it a good idea to bath in the "good" Epsom salt.

The best way to get sodium is via vegetables (i.e. celery). Sea salt is great source of sodium, but its a secondary source as it has to be processed from ocean water. You could bath in the good Epsom salt, but sea salt is far better and more natural. My friend got cryptosporidium from drinking out of a creek... 5 years ago. He was in jail for a bit, and they didn't treat him for it. He has had it all this time. He had a stomach biopsy recently, and it showed nothing. He says he feels the parasites coming out his nose at night sometimes, and his rectum. So... I finished taking the Full Body Cleanse and I am currently taking The Male Cleanse for my urethritis. My question is about your Anti V formula. How differently does this work from The Male Cleanse? Would I be able to take 5 pills every four hours? This STD seems like it doesn't want to go away. My body has been itching continuously for a period of nine months now. I went through the Anti-V cleanse and completed it but the itching continues. What remedies do you recommend since this thing is a serious embarrassment to me? I know healing is from within but what do you advice?

Itching relates to the skin and the skin relates to the blood. Therefore, concentrate on cleansing the blood. Drink plenty of vegetable juice (greens vegetables mostly, but a mixture of your favorite ones); bathe in sea salt (1 box) and 1 cup hydrogen peroxide; constantly rub Oz-Oil on your body (morning and night). Use Oz-oil at least 1 hour before putting on your clothes as oil stains and also before going to bed. Best to use after getting out of tub. You may also be allergic to the shampoo or lotion you are using. Try and change to natural products.
