Are raw desserts fattening? I've purchased all raw food cookbooks and I made two desserts that I absolutely love. Then I started thinking that if I have a raw dessert every night that might be too much. What do you think?

Raw desserts are not fattening unless you think they are then you will attract what you fear. However, I wouldn't get too caught up on eating a lot of raw desserts (treats) because we should not have treats everyday but on special occasions.

Does the CHILDREN DETOX (liquid extracts) get old, or expire?

No! But we suggest herbs be used within a one year period.

I've been on the Full Body Cleanse for a week and a half and I don't see any difference in my body but all I have is a lot of gas and bloating in my stomach? Also I have asthma and it seems the herbs make me wheeze more now. Can you give me some idea what's going on? Do I need to take a higher dosage? Is my body rejecting? Help please!

Have you read the "Detox Troubleshooting" on our home page and looked up "gas" ("flatulence")? Clearly you are experiencing "healing crisis". Did you read this part in your detox booklet? You might want to read the article "Healing Crisis" because you're experiencing healing crisis due to healing. All of this good information is on our site, which you can find under "Frequently Asked Questions", "Detox Troubleshooting", and "Articles" section. Hang in there! Get the understanding you need. If you need additional help, please re-email us but I think the information we already provided will suffice for you.

I have been using this product for about a week and there are days when I do not have a bowel movement. I have started having gas and cramps. The days that I do have bowel movements it is hard as if I am constipated. This product has not worked for me at all. Please Help.

Please read "When Will I See Results After Taking The Herbs?". It's not the herbs, it's your body! You colon is greatly impaired and so it takes time to bust up all that crude matter (hard feces) in your colon. Natural healing requires patience. Just keep taking your herbs and keep eating healthy (no meat, dairy, refined grains, refined starches). Hopefully you changed your diet in addition to taking the herbs. That helps!

I've been looking at the various herbal products you offer and I definitely would like to purchase some. However, I cannot swallow pills or capsules from fear of choking. Will there be any products soon that will be either liquid or powdered form? Are the products you offer now only effective in the capsule form?

I would like to know what vitamins/supplements work best for pregnant women?

I suggest you try Prenatal Laxative, Healthy Pregnancy formula (first 3 months only), and Pre-Natal Formula. Electric Greens Combo is a good product too for pregnancy.

I am in my first trimester of pregnancy and have been taking your PRE-NATAL FORMULA. I came online to look for other formulas for pregnancy and noticed the HEALTHY PREGNANCY. Cramp Bark is in healthy pregnancy, which you mention in your article it's not safe for a pregnant woman to use. So I wanted to know the reason for the use of it in the Healthy Pregnancy? What are some other formulas besides the green formula and prenatal are beneficial during pregnancy?

Cramp bark by itself should not be used during pregnancy. My formulas are compounded with other herbs for particular reasons which lessen their major effects. Plus, the formulas are mixed with specific intent. They are programmed. Other good pre-natal formulas include MSM Sulfur, Vitamin C formula, and Iodine phosphate.

Can I have the herb that is good for allergies and its side effects to go along with the nasal cavity or a skin outbreak?

I am only guessing but it seems like I have been experiencing color discolorations and excessive dryness in my face when hair grows on my face or when I drink liquor it is almost like a reaction. I have been having problems with my appetite since I had a problem with TMJ. I had not been able to eat for a while and I lost a lot of weight which would be fine for some but not in my case. I lost too much. I am now having trouble with regaining my appetite and I wanted to know if you had anything that would help to stimulate my appetite. I went to an herb shop here where I live and she gave me milk thistle. That did not work. My doctor has tried to give me 2 different medications to help but they did not work. One was Periactin and the other was an antidepressant, which I probably need but because I am kind have depressed about my weight loss and how I look. Before I knew about your herbs, like a year ago I went to check my reading glasses and the doctor told me my eye pressure was on the limit 120, nothing serious he said but,I should check every 3 months, so the nightmare started, this happened in my country Buenos Aires, Argentina. Is it healthy to totally eradicate acidity from the body, or should one keep the balance in acidity and alkalinity?

You want to eradicate unhealthy acidity. There's a good acid and a bad acid or a healthy acid and unhealthy acid. If you have a so-called cold, you will cough and your nose will be runny, and you will be tired. From the articles I read, it seems like if you have an alkaline body with only a little acid you can't get sick. Is this true? The coughing, runny nose, and tiredness is just excess mucus right? So no mucus no cold right?

Correct! And also that you live natural. A cold can also denote that you need to rest! Doing too much can weaken the immune system.

I am about five weeks pregnant and before this time I have had series of miscarriages. What do you advise me to do?
