I just began the cleanse. My concern is that I am not getting enough protein. I have been eating nuts, and I will not eat uncooked beans or peas. What can I do to get more protein while I am on this 20 day regiment?

There is protein in a lot of the vegetables that we eat. Think about it like this, elephants are vegetarians, and they are some of the biggest/strongest animals around. Eat plenty of leafy green vegetables (kale, spinach, etc.), goji berries, nuts, broccoli, avocados, beets, cauliflower, and asparagus.

Do you have a payment plan for this product?

Can I do the cleanse while pregnant?

I have swelling in my urethra. I am a male. I was wondering what natural herbs I can use to clear this up?

I had brain surgery 31 years ago. Now, I have so much scar tissue on the cerebellum [where the tumor was], that I am slowly becoming disabled. I can not drive, work, or walk with out looking or feeling drunk. I constantly have nystagmus, that is caused by the weight on the cerebellum. I want to know if there is anything, homeopathic/herb wise I can do to help decrease or get rid of the scar tissue?

Can the substitution infant milk be frozen like breast milk and then thawed when ready for use? If so what would the longest time frame be to leave the milk frozen? Thank you!

I recently purchased the Children's Cleanse (Liquid) to clean out my 6 month old baby boy. The problem is, every time the mucus comes up he quickly swallows it back down. What do you suggest I do?

The mucus the child swallows back down will leave the body via the stools. When the child is older, he/she will learn to spit the mucus out. The body knows how to eliminate what is not wanted in the body.

I have been doing a lot of research on caffeine and the benefits and harms of it. I am looking for some added information about the differences between the caffeine found naturally in coffee or tea, and the kind found in pure caffeine pills. I have heard that the pills are much more harmful, but have not been able to find proof of why. With the exception of "it's made in a lab, therefore it must be worse". If you could shed some light on the matter, I would greatly appreciate it! Just one more question. I have read that caffeine blocks the re-uptake of glutamate. This can cause glutamate toxicity (resulting in dead brain cells), but I am skeptical as to how often this occurs. Will that happen if one takes just 200-mg of caffeine? Nature does not make caffeine or any substance in mono-structured form, including caffeine. Caffeine consumed by itself is harmful (a la caffeine pills -- nature does not produce caffeine pills). Caffeine pills are INORGANIC and thus not absorbed by the body (the cells). Bio-caffeiene from plant sources is ORGANIC and thus absorbable. Organic substances can be absorbed through the cells. Inorganic substances cannot. Inorganic caffeine blocks reuptake of glutamate, and that's another reason why synthetic caffeine is harmful. Organic caffeine does not block reuptake of glutamate.
