I have a rare type of bladder condition called eosinophilic cystitis. It has caused me to have an ulcer type (open wound in my bladder) that will not heal. What products would you recommend? Is it true that the herb yohimbe is not good for people that have blood pressure problems?

Yohimbe (natural stimulant) can exacerbate problems for those with high blood pressure. Avoid it if you have high blood pressure!
