I have pain in my knee joints, when I have to bend real low (like under the sink or pick up something. They hurt and get real stiff. But when walking I'm OK. I don't wear heels a lot. Can you suggest an herb or something over-the-counter? I want to lose weight and I would like something like a fat burner.

My daughter has Trisomy 21 and has tubes in her ears. Her ear canals are very small and her ears are normally developed. It's too early to perform ear coning on her (unless you can find very small cones). Wait till age 2. Give her ear drops! Enlarged tonsils are inflamed due to mucus buildup. I would like to know if you are familiar with this disease. It has no known cause but produces a curvature of the penis. I experienced this about six months ago and is quite upsetting. I heard about you on the Power XM radio Al Sharpton show. I'm 32yrs old I weigh 285lbs and my goal is to loose 125lbs (being realistic). I am an uncircumcised male 42 years old and I have this problem with this smell and mottling of the head of my penis. I am trying to help a pregnant woman with cholestasis of pregnancy (buildup of bile acids in the mother's blood). She is due in 6 weeks and they are threatening to induce her because of the danger to the baby. I came across a treatment using 1 T of charcoal every hour. I am just trying to get some more input as to whether this is okay to do. Could there be any problems with this?
