Chaparral, goldenseal, maitake mushroom, and comfrey root are all good herbs, for both pancreas tumors and pancreatic cancer. Lack of bowel movements means your colon is compacted. It may take some time but the herbs will regulate it. Swollen-ness deals with fluid retention and perhaps inflammation. Have her rub carrier oil (olive oil, coconut oil, etc.) on the swollen skin and then rub in some peppermint and/or euclayptus oil (3-4 drops) on top of the carrier oil.
