I am currently doing your Full Body Cleanse and I had a quick question. Many times after I take the pills, my stomach burns. Is this normal?

Try eating something 20-30 minutes before taking your capsules to help offset the burning sensation by giving your digestive system sustenance to help absorb the herbs. Your stomach could also be very sensitive as well. If you need to, lower your dosage from 5 pills to 2 or 3 (which will result in some pills left over after the 20 days). Please read "How To Take Herbs".

I am a type 2 diabetic taking insulin and diabetic pills daily. I also have blood pressure which fluctuates from high to low. I am 62 years old. What would you recommend for me?

How do you feel about Stevia? Is it safe to have on a daily basis? I bought Stevia (in tea form). The box says it is a premium quality Stevia. I seem to have terrible sweet cravings. (I am not diabetic). This is why I bought Stevia. Do you offer supplements to help one with sweet cravings?

I wanted to know how do you make a smoothie on Full Body Cleanse? And can you not mix any of the food combined if it says not to?

You can check our recipe section on our website. There you will find tons of smoothie and food recipes. To make a smoothie use a base (some kind of fruit juice, water, or nut milk), add your favorite frozen or non-frozen fruits, add a little ice and BLEND (for about 1 minute)! Wa la ... you have a fruit smoothie!

I contracted Genital Herpes about 8 years ago and whenever I get recurrences, I get them in the same area (inside the left labia). I have been off the Full Body Cleanse for about a month. I noticed that when I don't drink plenty of water, my anus begins to hurt. I cannot wipe without having pain. When I drink water, it seems all is fine. I ate fried chicken for the first time in 3 months and again I noticed pain. So, I need the water, but what I explained, does it sounds right? What do you think about Kalawalla?

I am only on the second day of the Full Body Cleanse and I am experiencing a migraine headache to the point I am ready to throw-up. Normally I would take prescribed medication, but after reading the FAQ's I thought I would see how long I could go without it. It doesn't look like much longer. What do you suggest?

While we don't give medical advice, the choice is basically up to you to make your own decision. Do what you feel is best! Migraine headaches (headaches) are explained on our Detox Troubleshooter sheet. Basically, you are very toxic! Drink plenty of water and make sure you are getting enough to eat. Have some healthy fats like avocado or brazil nuts to keep you satiated.

I ordered the Full Body Cleanse. I want to know if I can take the Dherbs Vegan Protein with the cleanse. If so how many servings a day can I take? Also can I take the Jackrabbit formula with the cleanse?

You may take the Vegan Protein as it doubles as raw food. However, you may NOT take any other formulas while on the cleanse, including Jackrabbit. Start the Jackrabbit once you are done with the cleanse.

I wrote to you earlier tonight regarding my hair has recently been thinning quite a bit. I forgot to tell you that I have been periodically dying (coloring my hair) because I have so much grey coming in. I am 40 years old and my hair is quite grey without the coloring. I would like to know if soy tofu is good and what types of breads are okay to eat? Also is soy milk good to drink and any dressings you could advise that can be put on salads?

My brother has fibrolipoma of the foot. It grew in the last six months to 11/2 cm. He has a few them and they are painful. Can any herbs help get rid of this without surgery?
