I've been suffering with geographic tongue all my life. According to doctors and online inquiries, there is no cure. Please say it ain't so! I also was diagnosed with Crohn's disease at age 24 and now I am 38 (just had a 3rd surgery) I didn't see these diseases listed. What would you suggest?

Just because it says there's no cure doesn't mean that you can't get rid of it. In many cases it can go away on its own with self-care treatmesnt and diet change. Stay away from hot, spicy, or acidic foods or dried, salty nuts. Avoid tabacco and toothpaste with additives, whitening agents, or heavy flavoring. Switch to a natural toothpaste and mouthwash. Consider performing a Full Body Cleanse and take the Zinc formula after you are done with the cleanse. Please read our Crohn's Disease article.

You can still consume the herbs even if it's been a long time after purchasing them. Herbs don't usually have a time expiration on them. They do become less potent as time goes on, but they're still effective.

You can do the Full Body Cleanse 2-4 times per year (every 3-4 months)! You can perform the Female Cleanse at least once yearly (or as many times as you like, really). Which formula do you recommend for increase of CD4 and elimination of viral load? What is the time frame?

I ordered both the Uterus Formula and Female Hormonal (to tame my hot flashes). Should I take both product dosages at the same time or should the dosages be taken at different times of the day?

Take the formulas about 2-3 hours apart. However, if you really want to (only for convenience purposes), you can take the formulas together. Please read "How To Take Herbs".

My doctor prescribed me DILTIAZEM CD 180MG twice a day; I check my pressure 3 times a day normal reading are 141/80. I don't want to take a pill rest the rest of my life. I read this drug is very dangerous over long use of time. What can I take naturally for this high blood pressure issue? My diet consist of mostly whole foods and organics from the local farms. I have hepatitis C & cirrhosis that I got thru blood transfusions years ago. I take very good care of myself but I'm confused about coffee enemas.
