How To Use

Place tea bag into a cup and add boiled water. Allow the tea bag to steep for 2 minutes. Cool to suitable drinking temperature. Add sweetener of choice (e.g. 100% grade B maple syrup, agave nectar (from sap), or raw honey) and a little lemon juice if you desire. Drink and enjoy warm or cold.

This tea really helped me during my cycle. I drank this tea twice a day during my cycle and I had minimal cramps, bleeding, and bloating. The tea was not bad at all it had a pleasant taste even without adding any sweetener to it. I would recommend this tea to any female having issues during her menstrual cycle. Great product! *

I also have less blood clotting and no cramping, a plus for me because my cramps would stop me from doing anything. It's an acquired taste but I add organic lemon and organic honey and its just fine that way. *
