The Central Nervous System formula is a unique and exceptional product. I had a family friend that was experiencing significant stress. They had a loss of appetite and was not sleeping much, and they were generally stressed out. Central Nervous System is a really good product. It's especially great when I take them for sleeping purposes. I normally take them 2-3hrs before I go to sleep and I sleep right through the night. *
