This is a MUST have for my daughter. She is a multi-sport athlete and very physically active outside of sports too. I have been able to tell the difference in her performance since the very beginning of incorporating this product. It goes hand in hand with the Energy Boost and I highly recommend both of them. *

Athletic Boost did not disappoint! I need an additional boost during my workouts without a bunch of chemicals. I have tried workout powders but the crash from all the chemicals caused me to stop using them. It wasn't good health wise. Immediately I felt the difference in my energy levels as well as my ability to keep up with the fitness instructor and have a positive attitude while working out. I felt mentally and physically good during and after my workout without a crash. I didn't realize how much I needed this until I got it.... My mission is to loose 50lbs and these are just what I need to keep me consistent.
