I loved the ingredient list in this formula. I study natural medicine so the ingredients for antiviral makes a lot of sense. I have been taking it every day since I received it. I would give it 5 stars but for me it caused gas so not sure if I will reorder. *

I have been using this product for years. I haven't been sick. A few times I started to get sick, however I upped the amount of pills and felt better the next day. Like anything you take once you're body becomes acclimated to something you can either up the amount you take cycle off then cycle back on. *
