- 1 c raw walnuts
- 1/2 c sun-dried tomatoes (not in oil)
- 1/3 c basil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1/4 tsp. dried thyme
- 1/8 tsp. sea salt
- 1 –2 tsp. olive oil
- 2 zucchini, spiralized
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients, except the zucchini, to a food processor and blend until you achieve a smooth consistency.
