Ingredients
- 1 c kale, thick stems removed
- 2 c baby spinach
- 1 c filtered water
- 1 apple, cored and cubed
- 1/2 cucumber, roughly chopped
- 1/2 lemon, juiced
- 1 banana, peeled and sliced
- 1 c ice
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. If you want a thicker smoothie, you can peel, slice, and freeze your banana overnight and use less ice in the smoothie. The choice is yours, though.
- Pour into two cups and enjoy right away.
