Ingredients
- 1 c spinach
- 1/4 c mint leaves
- 2 tbsp. raw hemp hearts
- 1 -inch piece ginger, peeled and chopped
- 1/4 tsp. ground cinnamon
- pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 pear, cored and cubed
- 1 c filtered water
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and see if the smoothie is sweet enough.
- If it is not sweet enough, add a teaspoon or so of raw agave nectar, blend, and then enjoy. This makes one large smoothie, which should keep you full until your next meal.
