Trying new things is a good thing. This is a great salad to experiment with if you are cleansing because the flavors aren’t what you typically would find in a salad.

Ingredients
For the Salad
- 4 c broccoli florets
- 3 c apples, diced
- 1/4 c red onion, diced
- 1/4 c carrots, shredded
- 1/2 c dried cranberries (without added sugars or sulfur)
- 1/2 c raw sunflower seeds
For the Dressing
- 1/4 c raw apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic minced
- 1 tbsp. grade A maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
Instructions
- Combine all of the salad ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
- Add all of the dressing ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a smooth dressing.
- Dress the salad with the amount of dressing you desire and mix well to make sure all of the ingredients are coated. Enjoy!
