Cutting up watermelon to snack on is a classic summer snack, so why not take it to the next level with this simple yet scrumptious slush?

Ingredients
- 8 c watermelon, cubed
- 1/3 c organic raw honey
- 1 lime, juiced
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend for 30 seconds to yield a smooth puree.
- Pour this watermelon mixture into a 9x9 or 9x13 pan, and place it in the freezer for one hour.
- Remove the pan from the freezer and scrape the frozen areas with a fork. Place this back in the freezer and remove every couple hours to scrape the frozen areas until it is a slush-like consistency (similar to shaved ice).
- To serve, remove the watermelon mixture from the freezer and scrape it up with a fork. Spoon into a bowl and serve with an optional lime wedge.
