Ingredients

  • 3 c watermelon, cubed
  • 1 large cucumber, peeled and sliced
  • 1/4 c basil
  • 1/2 c freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until fully combined.
  2. Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth and allow the juice to drain into a glass measuring cup, pitcher, or bowl. Work in batches and use a wooden spoon to push the liquid through the strainer. Discard the pulp (or compost it) when finished.
  3. Pour the strained liquid over ice and garnish with cucumber slices or lemon wedges. Enjoy!
