Ingredients
- 1 c homemade almond milk
- 1 banana, peeled and frozen overnight
- 4 ice cubes
- 3 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1 tsp. alcohol-free vanilla extract
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. It will take about 1-2 minutes for everything to blend thoroughly.
- If the smoothie is too thick, add a touch more almond milk until you reach your desired consistency.
- Pour into a large cup and enjoy.
