Ingredients
- 1 c sweet onion, diced
- 1/2 c extra virgin olive oil
- 1/4 c fresh squeezed lemon juice
- 3 tbsp. raw agave nectar
- 1 tsp. ground mustard seed
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 garlic clove
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Chill for 30 minutes before drizzling over a salad.
- You can store leftover dressing in an airtight glass jar in the fridge for up to one week.
