Ingredients

  • 1 ripe mango, peeled and cubed
  • 1 ripe plum, pitted and chopped
  • 1 ripe peach, pitted and chopped
  • 1 ripe apricot, pitted and chopped
  • 1 tsp. freshly grated lime zest
  • 1/2 c ice cubes
  • 1 c water

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth (about 30 seconds or so). You can add more ice or water, depending on your consistency preference.
  2. Divide the smoothie between two glasses, garnish with optional mint, and enjoy immediately.
