Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 red pepper
- 1 cucumber
- 1/2 c green onion
- 1/4 c cilantro
- 3 cloves of garlic
- 1 c water
- juice of 2 lemons
- 1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 3 tbsp. olive oil
- salt & pepper to taste
Instructions
- After peeling the cucumber, place half of it in the blender with 2 tomatoes, red pepper, green onion, cilantro, cayenne, lemon juice, and water. Blend all of this up until everything is smooth and liquified.
- Now add in the olive oil, sea salt, and pepper and blend it up quickly. If you want to warm it slightly, blend it for an extra minute. Taste it and adjust seasoning if needed. Serve and enjoy.
