Ingredients
For the Smoothie
- 1 banana, frozen
- 1/2 c frozen strawberries
- 1/2 c homemade almond milk
Suggested Toppings
- raw almonds, chopped
- fresh strawberries, sliced
- fresh bananas, sliced
- Chia seeds
Instructions
- Blend all of the smoothie ingredients in a blender and then pour into a bowl.
- Top with your choice of the suggested toppings. You can use other toppings, but they have to be raw and not processed.
