Ingredients
For the Dressing
- 1/4 c diced onion
- 1/4 c extra virgin olive oil
- 2 tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. ground mustard seed
- 1 tbsp. agave
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
- a pinch black pepper
For the Salad
- 4 cups, packed kale, thinly sliced/chopped
- 1 c shredded broccoli stems
- 1 c shredded carrots
- 1/2 c raw, chopped pecans
Instructions
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
- Mix all salad ingredients in a large bowl. Pour dressing over the top and toss salad until all ingredients are evenly coated. Let the flavors mingle in the fridge until you are ready to serve, or you can eat it immediately.
