Ingredients
- 4 -6 large kale leaves
- 1 c pomegranate arils
- 1 c fresh cranberries
- 1 pear, cored and chopped
- 1 -inch piece ginger root, peeled
- 6 -12 mint leaves
Instructions
- Process all of the ingredients through a juicer. You can drink this filtered or unfiltered.
- Enjoy within 15 minutes of juicing.
