- 1/4 c fresh mint, chopped
- 1/8 c raw apple cider vinegar
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 2 tbsp. coconut aminos
- 1 tbsp. avocado oil
- 1/4 tsp. red pepper flakes
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- sesame seeds (optional for serving)
Instructions
- In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine the cucumber, optional red onion, cilantro, and mint.
- In a small bowl, whisk the apple cider vinegar, coconut aminos, avocado oil, red pepper flakes, and sea salt. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
