Ingredients
- 3 c broccoli florets
- 1 c broccoli (stems, chopped)
- 1 1/2 c filtered water
- 2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/2 c raw cashews
- 1/2 c celery, sliced
- 1/4 c yellow onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 tbsp. fresh dill
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 tsp. dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp. dried thyme
- 1 tbsp. coconut aminos
- 2 tbsp. nutritional yeast ​
- 1/2 tsp. sea salt
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 tsp. celery seed
Instructions
- Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until you get a smooth and creamy consistency. You may need to add a little more water if it is too thick.
- A raw vegan trick to warming up raw soups is to blend it for an extra 4-5 minutes. The high-speed revolutions help to naturally warm the soup.
- Pour the soup into bowls and serve immediately. You can garnish each bowl of soup with some extra fresh dill, if you so desire.
