There’s something magical about cold weather and warm apple cider. The fragrant aromas fill the house and make it smell like a wonderful holiday paradise. Some people say that apple cider is only for the holidays, but we support drinking it well into the New Year. It’s actually the perfect New Year’s Eve beverage!
For this mulled apple cider, we will not include alcohol. It’s all about the flavors and nutrients, so that’s why we omitted it from the recipe. That’s about all we have to say in regards to the recipe. Just make sure you have a large pot and mesh sieve to strain the liquid. Lastly, if you don’t have apple cider on hand, you can use apple juice, but apple cider creates a richer flavor.
