Ingredients
For the Salad
- 3 c spring mixed greens
- 1 c carrots, chopped
- 1 c yellow bell pepper, chopped
- 1/4 c raw almonds, chopped
For the Dressing
- 3 tbsp. raw almond butter
- 1 1/2 tbsp. freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 2 tsp. grade A maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
- 3 tbsp. filtered water
- 1/4 tsp. sea salt
Instructions
- Add all of the salad ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
- Pour all of the dressing ingredients into a small bowl and whisk with a fork until smooth and creamy. Taste and season accordingly.
- Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss to coat all of the ingredients. Enjoy!
