- 2 Granny Smith apples, cored
- 9 asparagus spears
- 1 c cilantro (stems included)
- 1/4 of a lemon
- 1/2 inch piece of ginger
Instructions
- Process all of the ingredients through a juicer and then consume the juice within 15 minutes of juicing.
