Ingredients
- 7 jackfruit pods, seeds removed
- 1 banana
- 1 c pineapple, cubed
- 2 tsp. chia seeds
- 2 tbsp. freshly grated coconut
- 1/2 c water
- a few ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend all the ingredients together in a blender until you get the desired consistency you want. If you like your smoothies to be thick, use more ice.
