There’s no need to spend a fortune at the store on raw sunflower seed butter any longer! This recipe only requires two ingredients and you can spread it on apple slices, banana slices, or even celery sticks. We hope you like it!

Ingredients
- 2 c raw sunflower seeds (soaked for 2 hours and then drained)
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
Instructions
- After draining the sunflower seeds, add them and the olive oil to a food processor and star blending. It will take about five minutes of blending to get a smooth and creamy butter.
- Spoon the sunflower seed butter out of the food processor into a jar with a lid. You can store this butter in the fridge for up to four weeks.
