Ingredients
- 1/3 c cinnamon
- 1 tbsp. nutmeg
- 1 tbsp. ginger
- 1 1/2 tsp. cloves
- 1 1/2 tsp. allspice
Instructions
- Add all the spices to a glass jar and use a spoon to mix them all up. Cover with a lid and label the jar so that you know what spice mix it is.
- Store the spice mix in a cool dry place and use it when a recipe calls for pumpkin pie spice.
