Ingredients

  • 1 c mango, peeled and cubed
  • 2 limes, juiced
  • 2 tbsp. raw agave nectar
  • 3 tbsp. olive oil
  • sea salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Add all of the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust seasonings as needed.
  2. Pour over salad immediately and enjoy. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to three days.
