- 1 tsp. ground cumin
- 1 tsp. ground turmeric
- Sea salt and pepper to taste
For the Herb Sauce
- 2 tbsp. packed fresh parsley, finely chopped

Instructions
For the Cauliflower Steaks
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- While your grill is heating up, trim the leaves and end of the stalk off the head of cauliflower. From top to bottom, slice the head into steaks (as pictured). You should get about 4 steaks, depending on the size of the cauliflower.
- Brush both sides of each steak with oil and season with the cumin, turmeric, sea salt, and pepper.
- Grill the steaks for about 5 minutes per side, or until desired doneness. Remove from heat and plate them.
For the Herb Sauce
- Whisk all of the ingredients together in a bowl and then drizzle it over the cauliflower steaks.
