Ingredients

  • 1 medium-sized cucumber, roughly chopped
  • 2 ribs of celery, rinsed
  • 1/2 of a lemon
  • 1 -inch piece ginger root, peeled

Instructions

  1. One by one, place all of the ingredients through the juicer. Once you are finished, drink the juice. It may be beneficial to drink this juice once a day.
